Privacy
Last updated: 2026-10-18.
Rendlet (rendlet.com) is operated by INTELLIFIN LIMITED. This page describes the data the site and API actually handle.
What we collect
- Signup: your email address and, if you fill them in, your use case, expected volume and the plan you're interested in. The signup details are written to our server logs. A truncated SHA-256 hash of your IP address is stored to limit signups per network.
- API keys: we store only a SHA-256 hash of your key and its first characters, plus your plan, your prepaid credit balance and the account email.
- Usage: a monthly count of documents per key, and short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by the key hash, or by a hashed IP address for the sandbox key and the free MCP preview.
- MCP call counts: an aggregate count of MCP tool calls per day, per tool, marked free, paid or blocked. It contains no tool arguments, keys, emails or IP addresses.
- Documents: the HTML or JSON you send is rendered in memory and returned to you. We don't store it. Logs record only the plan, the mode, the page count, the size and the render time, not the content.
- Payments by card: Stripe processes card payments, so we never see your card number. We store the Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan. For credit packs, we store the checkout session ID in our credit ledger, and the email from checkout is used to find or create your API key.
- Payments in USDC on Base: we store the quote (amount, credits, key hash) and the transaction hash. Transactions on Base are public. We never ask for wallet keys or seed phrases.
Processors
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: contacts. Signup emails are stored as a contact marked unsubscribed. We don't send email from this site.
- Vercel: hosting and server logs.
- Neon: the database (keys, usage, credits, rate limits).
Cookies
The site's own code doesn't set cookies or use analytics. Stripe's checkout pages are on Stripe's domain and follow Stripe's policies.
Retention
Rate-limit counters older than about two days are deleted periodically. Unpaid USDC quotes are deleted about a day after they expire. We haven't set automatic deletion periods for other data. To request access or deletion, email support@rendlet.com.
