These terms cover rendlet.com, the Rendlet API and the Rendlet MCP server. The seller is INTELLIFIN LIMITED. Payments are processed by Stripe, or made in USDC on Base.

Plans and caps

Plans: Free ($0, 100 documents/month), Starter ($7/month), Pro ($19/month), Scale ($59/month).
Every plan has a hard monthly cap. You are never billed for extra documents. At the cap, prepaid credits are used if you have them; otherwise requests return 429 quota_exceeded until the 1st of next month (UTC) or until you upgrade.
Failed renders (4xx/5xx) don't count toward the cap.
The sandbox key is limited, watermarked and not for production use.

Subscriptions: cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, with no further charges.
7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 20% of the included documents, email us at support@rendlet.com for a full refund.
Service credits: if monthly availability drops below 99.5%, we credit 10% of that month's fee on request. These service credits can't be exchanged for cash.

Prepaid credit packs: refunds

A credit pack that is entirely unused is refundable if you ask within 14 days of purchase.
Used credits are not refundable.
To request a refund, email support@rendlet.com.
Card payments are refunded through Stripe to the original payment method.
USDC payments are refunded manually, in USDC on Base, to the address the payment was sent from.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire.

Packs: 1,000 credits for $9 or 5,000 for $35. One credit = one document, used only after your plan's monthly cap.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful content, malware, or to get around the rate limits and caps, for example by rotating IP addresses on the sandbox key. Keep your API key secret. You're responsible for usage made with it.

The service

The service is provided as is and as available. We may change or discontinue features. Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the "last updated" date above changes too.
